Hieff UNICONTM Hotstart E-Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat#10727ES) is a hot start DNA polymerase that employs the company's independently developed dual monoclonal antibodies for double closure. This product not only seals the 5'→3' polymerase activity of Taq DNA polymerase but also seals the 5'→3' exonuclease activity. Heating at the pre-denaturation temperature for 30 seconds can completely inactivate the closure antibodies, releasing the DNA polymerase activity and exonuclease activity. The dual closure feature not only effectively prevents non-specific amplification caused by mispairing or primer dimers but also effectively inhibits the decrease in fluorescence signals caused by probe degradation, providing dual protection to make in vitro diagnostic reagents more stable during transportation or use at room temperature. This Taq enzyme supports the development of a primer-probe pre-mixed system and offers higher sensitivity, specificity, and high GC sequence amplification capability compared to traditional qPCR reagents. Features High Specificity: Capable of dual encapsulation, it simultaneously inhibits the 5'-3' Taq DNA polymerase activity and the 5'-3' exonuclease activity at room temperature, enhancing the specificity of the reaction. No Nuclease Contamination: Free from contamination of exonucleases, endonucleases, and RNases. Suitable for High-Sensitivity PCR Experiments: Exhibits a good linear relationship when the template concentration ranges from 5×10^6 copies/T to 5×10^1 copies/T, with the lowest detection limit reaching 5 copies/T. Superior Stability: When formulated into a complete premix containing primers and probes, it remains stable after being left at 37°C for 14 days and after 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
