The Hieff™ Multiplex PCR Master Mix for NGS is a ready-to-use 2× premix developed for multiplex PCR applications. It contains a hot-start, multiplex-optimized Taq DNA polymerase bl end and a proprietary amplification buffer system. The master mix enables rapid and convenient multiplex PCR and supports efficient amplification of targets with GC content ranging from 25% to 75%. It delivers high uniformity, specificity, and sensitivity across multiple amplicons. This reagent is suitable for multiplex amplification of 30–300 amplicons of different sizes and can also be used for capture-based assays involving thousands or more amplicons. It is widely applicable in animal and plant breeding, forensic identification, genetic disease testing, food safety analysis, and related fields.
