The aptamer-modified reverse transcriptase ensures near-complete suppression of enzymatic activity at low or ambient temperatures while enhancing overall enzyme stability. Validation studies demonstrate that primer/probe pre-mixed reactions remain stable—showing no performance degradation—after storage at 25°C for 2 weeks or at 4°C for 4 weeks.
