The buffer contains sufficient Mg²⁺, dNTPs, and other essential components for amplification, and incorporates specific amplification enhancers and multiplex reaction stabilizers. This ensures high amplification efficiency while supporting robust multiplex detection of up to four targets. Additionally, the system incorporates dUTP and Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG), which efficiently degrades carryover PCR products, fundamentally preventing amplification product contamination and ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of experimental results.
