The Hieff™ Soil DNA Kit is suitable for the extraction of nucleic acids from various soil samples. Sample pre-treatment uses glass beads made from a mixture of ceramic beads and silica particles, effectively processing various microorganisms in soil, including true bacterial spores, endospores, Gram-positive bacteria, yeast, algae, nematodes, and fungi. The silica-based material used in the centrifuge adsorption column is a proprietary new material from our company, which, combined with our unique lysis buffer formula, can maximize the recovery of high-purity nucleic acids within 40 minutes. The extracted DNA has high purity, stable and reliable quality, which can be applied to various downstream applications, such as restriction digestion, PCR, and other experiments. Features 1.
