1960s Universal Avometer Model 8 MkIII This is a very nice 1960s Universal Avometer Model 8 MkIII. The meter is in pretty good used working condition with some slight scuffs on the surface. Approximate Dimensions (WHD): 16.7 x 19.5 x 11.5 cm A wonderful piece of electronic history, it comes with its leads. Although it does appear to be in working condition, it is being is sold as a collectible as I can't attest to its accuracy. A multimeter, the model 8 Mk III measures in ohms, amps, volts and decibels. The working instructions are printed on a metal label on the rear of the instrument.
