The patina is uniform between the hands and the numerals (often the lume on one or the other does not match). There is no doubt that this Explo was polished before; honestly this is to be expected with a 40-year watch. Yet the lugs are still there and this 36mm wears amazingly on the wrist with its later but very tight bracelet. This is not a perfect example, but a damn good one.
