Antique Mariner's Compass quilt, all hand-stitched with super soft handfeel, the compasses comprised of various antique calico fabrics. Perhaps the more charming part of this quilt is the two scalloped edges with soft edged blue triangles. The white or negative space is also intricately hand stitched. A three-season quilt that is not at all heavy. Size: 69" x 82"Condition: great to excellent, one edge shows yellowing for a small portion of the edge, see last photo. This antique quilt has been hand-washed and hung in the air to dry. It is always recommended to soak quilts to wash and lay or hang in the sun to dry.
