The final color of the dye is not the darker color generally associated with indigo dyeing, but a richly textured "Asagi" color. The stripe pattern with a faint vertical stripe is called "Aojima," which accentuates the color tone.The touchable, soft, and comfortable texture is one of the charms of this samue.
