Definitely up there with the best white wines I've ever made. Fermented in old oak for three months in the coolroom. It was part of a continuous experiment I had with Clare Rieslin g (well, two vintages, four years apart) using German yeast that keep on ticking despite the cold. The result is a texture character that I could never get any other way. Even though it's technically off-dry, with a little age, that has receded immensely.
