Selected grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermented spontaneously in contact with the skins for about 20-25 days, before being ages for 3 months in oak. Bright, lifted, fresh arom as of red and dark fruits. On the palate it is slightly creamy yet very fresh with a hint of spice on the finish. Lovely balance, very bright and easy. Show more
