Bellarine and Moorabool Valley fruit; 10% on skins for a week and a mix of barrel and tank fermentation and maturation. A deepish, bright gold with green tinges. Richer and more po werful than last year's version. A little mango to go with the white peach, greengages and gentle, jalapeño/grassy notes.
