It is used to competitively bind anti-V5 antibodies in immunoassay assay. The binding of V5 Tag peptides to antibodies is specific; therefore, V5 Tag peptides are a mild, ideal reagent for elution of V5 fusion proteins bound to anti-V5 monoclonal antibodies.The recommended working concentration of V5 Tag peptides for elution of V5-Tag fusion proteins is 100-400 μg/mL.
