It can translate rainfall into reference signals and AO outputs suitable for diverse environments. Built with high-quality FR-04 materials, the sensor’s 5.0 x 4.0 cm double-sided board is nickel-plated for enhanced oxidation resistance and conductivity, ensuring superior performance and durability. Features both digital switching outputs (0 and 1) and an analog AO voltage output for versatile applications. Includes TTL-level output with a valid low signal, capable of driving relays, buzzers, small fans, and more, with a driving capability of 100mA. Sensitivity adjustments can be made easily using the onboard potentiometer. LED indicator illuminates under dry conditions when output is high. When wet, the output switches to ground level and the LED light turns off. The power indicator will light up when the sensor board is dry, showing a high DO output. Upon detecting water, DO output becomes low, and the indicator light switches. Once dried, the output reverts to high. AO analog output can be interfaced with the microcontroller's AD port to measure droplet size in the rainfall. DO TTL digital output can detect the presence of rain when connected to a microcontroller.
