The LED indicator provides clear visual feedback: it lights up when there is no rain, and as raindrops increase, the output level changes accordingly. When the sensor board is dry, the DO output is high, and the indicator is off. When a drop of water is detected, DO output turns low, triggering the indicator light. Once the water is removed, DO output returns high. The AO analog output can be interfaced with a microcontroller AD port to measure rainfall intensity. The DO TTL digital output can be connected to a microcontroller to detect the presence of rain.
