Hugh Wiley This May 1980 abstracted watercolor is by Northern California artist Hugh Wiley (1922-2013). Wiley studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and in Mexico Cit y under Carlos Merida. He showed at the NYC Bertha Schaeffer Gallery and taught art at California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC) from 1965-1984.
