This is a stunning Italian doubleface wool/cashmere blend coating from Milly, with a subtle twill weave, in a brilliant royal purple-blue (PANTONE 19-3850 is close). It's quite thi ck with a more firm drape, and was used by the designer in the coat pictured below (sleeves are leather or faux leather).
