From a NY designer, this is a wonderful yarn-dyed 2-ply knit, a doubleknit weight with a black and pinkish-ivory (PANTONE 11-1005) textured basketweave design (knitted in, not a pr int). It is medium weight and opaque with lovely drape that has some body to it.
