50 Pack of easy to use tablets of Potassium Metabisulfite for sterilising and inhibiting the growth of wild yeast and bacteria that can spoil wine. It is also commonly used to remo ve chlorine from water for brewing. Potassium Metabisulfite has many actions including inhibiting the growth of bacteria, acting as an anti-oxidant (oxygen scavenger) preventing wine and must from oxidation and solubilises phenolics found in grape skins.
