Ross Curtis This 1940-70s modernist figurative lithograph is by California Expressionist painter and sculptor Ross Curtis (1918-2007). Curtis was the co-founder of a noted Northern California group of artists known as the "Sausalito Teahouse Group". He studied under the Mexican revolutionary muralist, Alfredo Zalce. In the 1960s, Curtis was part of the Sausalito Teahouse Group with Ross and Eileen Curtis in Marin, CA. The group used an early 1900s Japanese Teahouse as a studio and exhibition space. 1940-70s Lithograph on Paper 12"x13" unframed Signed and titled on bottom. Good vintage condition. Show more
