Jane Mitchell This 1960-70s monoprint on paper abstracted figures is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fin e Art at Wheaton College and University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and was influenced by Cubism and Surrealism. Mitchell exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime. 1960-70sMonotype on Paper 27.25"x33.5" framed, 18"x24" unframed Signed lower right.
