Product description TBE stands for Tris-Borate-EDTA buffer. TBE is a commonly used DNA electrophoresis buffer, commonly used in PAGE gels, and can also be used in agarose gels. Whe n the resolution requirement is not high, TAE and TBE can be used. When the resolution requirement is relatively high, a gel with a lower concentration is beneficial to improving the resolution of large molecular weight nucleic acids, and TAE is suitable for this case.
