Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root. It's often used to make delicious Brazilian crepes. For a pancake/crepe: Add 5 tablespoons of Ubaya Tapioca in a non-stick frying p an of approximately 21 cm in diameter. It does not need oil or butter. Model the Tapioca as a pancake. Add the desired filling. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the Tapioca as a pancake.
