From Tah@ri, this is a fabulous royal blue and black textured stretch matelasse' brocade with about 20% widthwise stretch (PANTONE 19-3955). It has a wonderful crinkle-textured pat tern with a leathery-like sheen on the right side and more of a distinct jacquard look on the reverse (makes a great contrast fabric!).
