This is a lovely silk and cotton voile print from Tahari, semi-sheer with a soft drape. The decorative floral design (6" repeat) in black, shades of blue and white (PANTONE 17-4037 , 18-4041, etc.) is perfect for a scarf, blouse top or tunic, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering.
