Brian Wampler of Wampler and renowned guitaris t Andy Wood have been close friends for a long time, and have been secretly developing a signature product for some time. And finally, the signature pedal is complete. The Wampler Gear Box is a 2-in-1 twin pedal housed in a single case, based on the circuits of Wampler's popular TUMNUS and Pinnacle models, with some improvements added. The main distortion is the Pinnacle section, with the TUMNUS section adding an exquisite gain boost and a sense of volume. This combination of two instruments works extremely well, successfully expanding the range of tone and expression on stage. The Pinnacle section, which is the high-gain section, now also features a noise gate. Even in cases where noise is unavoidably induced in a stage environment, it can effectively suppress noise.
