Like its higher-end counterparts, the PRIME and EXPLODER, the pickup escutcheon, volume knob, and selector switch are recessed, faithfully recreating the Killer's distinctive character. The maple neck also uses a semi-deep insert joint system, which is secured at five points, four on the back and one on the top, just like the EXPLODER, and also features a wheel rod that allows for instant truss rod adjustment.
