A used Killer Exploder, featuring Killer's signature body shape, has arrived! Although there are some minor scratches and some tarnishing/rust on the metal parts, it is in relative ly good condition with minimal signs of use. The frets have over 90% remaining, and the electronics and truss rod are all functioning perfectly. Includes tremolo arm, locking pins, and ESP soft case (gold logo). The KG Explorer, the successor to the popular Stallion known for its high-quality construction and affordable price, has been upgraded with a Floyd Rose tremolo and Switchcraft jacks! The body is made of maple, which is known for its tight sound and pleasant distortion. Furthermore, like its predecessor, the STARRION, it is equipped with Killer's original LQ-500 and Dyna-Bite pickups, boasting unparalleled clarity and projection. Also, like the higher-end PRIME model, the pickup rings are embedded in the body. The most common thickness U-shaped neck is constructed with a new "semi-deep insert" joint, different from previous Explorer models, providing ample surface area and strength at the joint. The back of the neck has also been changed from the previous matte finish to a more common gloss finish.
