The EHX PicoCanyon Echo combines the award-winning digital delay of the Canyon Delay & Looper into a single echo unit, offering a simple delay with a maximum delay time of 3 seconds, including a crystal-clear delay. Don't be fooled by its size! With filtering, tap tempo, and an infinitely repeatable feedback knob, this little echo can handle almost any time bending. The Canyon Echo features a BLEND knob for achieving the perfect wet/dry mix. The DELAY knob allows you to set the delay time from 8ms to 3s. FEEDBACK is adjustable from 1 repeat to infinite repeats, providing infinite delay washes and pads. The FILTER knob acts as a high-pass filter when turned clockwise from the 12 o'clock position, and a low-pass filter when turned counterclockwise. Tap tempo is simple and easy to use; simply tap the footswitch two or more times to set the tempo, and the blinking LED will confirm the tempo. After setting the tap tempo, you can further subdivide the tempo into quarter notes, dotted eighth notes, and eighth notes using the TAP DIV button. You can also select tails bypass, which continues the echo even after switching the pedal to bypass mode. The Canyon Echo also features a new style of infinite repeat where a single delay is repeated, disconnecting the input from the delay path. This allows it to function like a micro tape looper, repeating playback without creating a new delay.
