The 192-44-7/DJ IMP SD is a replacement stylus that can be used with the Shure M44-7 record cartridge. It is not an original stylus manufactured by the manufacturer, but has the sa me performance as the original stylus. This product has a heavier recommended stylus pressure than the standard type (192-44-7 IMP SD) to withstand the hard scratching that occurs during DJ play. This replacement needle is a "synthetic diamond round needle" type. This is a general-purpose model with a standard conical shape that reproduces a general range of sound.
