DESCRIPTION This fabric lacks a stamp or label. It may be of Swedish origin, but it could also have been produced in England. We estimate its age to the 1930s–1940s. It is dark gre y in tone and features a subtle herringbone pattern. A distinct chalk stripe runs at approximately two-centimeter intervals.
