The Eden Valley Riesling is sourced from three vineyards: Golden Gate Vineyard, the Stephens family in Flaxman Valley, and the Angas family in Keyneton. The grapes are harvested la ter in the season to produce a full-bodied Riesling with a light golden color without obtrusive acidity.These vineyards are dry-grown, low-yielding, hand-pruned, and hand-picked, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
