This is a vintage Berg Larsen mouthpiece. It is commonly called "offset M" because the "M" engraved on the shank is offset. This particular table was produced at an early factory, and the way the table was carved is different from after the factory moved, with vertical carving marks resembling those on denim fabric, which is why it is also called the "denim table." In terms of condition, there are small scratches overall, some rust on the table, and rust on the included ligature and cap, but otherwise it is in good condition.
