The shop inherits the traditions and techniques of the long-established Fender company, and the lineup, assembled by a limited staff of custom shop staff, is truly top-notch, including one-of-a-kind models like the Master Builder Series. Many of the tools used in the production are the same ones that were used back then. Crafted with the utmost care by staff members who are thoroughly versed in Fender guitar know-how, these instruments boast the finest quality and sound to satisfy any player, and are sure to become a reliable companion that you can enjoy for a lifetime. The newly arrived Custom Deluxe Stratocaster is a modern Stratocaster designed to meet modern needs and offer exceptional playability, in stark contrast to the Fender Custom Shop's Vintage Series. It features a two-point tremolo unit, locking tuning machines, and a Suhr ML Middle center pickup, but also a high-fidelity Master Design pickup for ultimate playability. The condition of this particular guitar is in player's condition, with the lever switch, volume pot, and pickups replaced (Suhr ML Middle). There are some minor scratches, playing marks, and dents throughout the body, along with some tarnish and slight rust on the hardware. The frets are still about 70% tall, and the neck is in good condition; the truss rod has tightened slightly, but is still generally straight and has about half a turn of remaining tension.
