Based on Danelectro's signature classic design, a semi-hollow longhorn bass was born. Featuring a semi-hollow body combining spruce and masonite, and a pau ferro saddle, this guitar is characterized by its deep, rich bass tones. While it has a mellow, classic tone as its foundation, the inclusion of a high-power lipstick pickup allows it to produce a gritty, aggressive sound when played with a pick or slap technique. In addition to its lightweight design and high portability thanks to its short scale, the short fret spacing and unique shape provide excellent playability in the higher frets, making it ideal for technical playing. It also features a metal nut that ensures consistent sound when playing open and fretted strings, making it a highly practical instrument despite its appearance.
