Transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) is a major pluripotential cytokine with a pronounced immunosuppressive effect. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriately buffered solutions.
