Before opening the vial, first centrifuge it to bring the contents down to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL; further dilution can be performed as needed for subsequent experiments. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA) to the dilution buffer. Aliquot the solution into single-use amounts, and store at -80℃, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Storage Conditions Store at -25 ~ -15℃. Valid for 1 year from the date of receipt.
