Specifications Source Cynomolgus CD3E/CD3 Epsilon Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln22-Asp117.[Accession | Q95LI5] Molecular Weight Th e protein has a predicted MW of 11.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 14-16 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result. Endotoxin 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus CD3E, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD3 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 45.0ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
