[Accession | P55899-1(FCGRT)&P61769-1(B2M)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 31.5 kDa (FCGRT) & 11.7 kDa (B2M). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-40 kDa (FCGRT) & 13-14 kDa (B2M) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE> 95% as determined by HPLC Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
