It contains Al a24-Ser297 (FCGRT)&Ile21-Met119 (B2M).[Accession | Q8SPV9(FCGRT)&Q8SPW0(B2M)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 31.5 kDa (FCGRT)&11.6 kDa (B2M). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-38 kDa (FCGRT)&13-15 kDa (B2M) based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque FcRn, His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate.
