It contains Ala27 9-Ser390.[Accession | P01137] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 13.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 15-18 kDa under reduced (R) condition and 26-30 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TGF-beta RII, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate.
