Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-120 kDa(alpha subunit) and 52-55 kDa(beta subunit) based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
