It contains Ala2 6-Ala158.[Accession | Q62386-1] Source The protein has a predicted MW of 18 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-28 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Dose response curve for Mouse IL-17RA, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 122.6ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
