Product properties Source Cynomolgus CD24 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Thr27-Lys54.[Accession | I7GKK1-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 30.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-60 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result. Endotoxin 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
