It conta ins Gln22- Asp117(CD3E)&Gln23-Thr113(CD3G).[Accession | Q95LI5.2(CD3E)&Q95LI7(CD3G)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 36.9 kDa (CD3E) and 36.5 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 44-46 kDa&46-48 kDa based on SDS-- PAGE result. Endotoxin 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-CD3 Antibody, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate.
