For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
