Hieff™ Super Bst DNA Polymerase is derived from Thermophilic Geobacillus sp DNA Polymerase I and has been genetically modified to remove its 5’-3’ exonuclease activity. This product possesses strong 5’-3’DNA polymerase activity, strand displacement activity, and dUTP tolerance, making it more suitable for contamination prevention in isothermal amplification reactions such as LAMP, CPA, etc. Compared to Bst Plus DNA Polymerase, Hieff™ Super Bst DNA Polymerase has improved the thermal stability of the Bst enzyme, which helps to enhance the amplification performance of the Bst enzyme. This enzyme is suitable for low-template and high-temperature LAMP reaction systems, effectively improving the specificity of detection and reducing the detection time. The high-temperature resistance characteristic is also applicable for the development of heat-resistant Bst, further enhancing the specificity of detection. Features Thermophilic DNA polymerase with strong strand displacement activity Applications LAMP, CPA, RCA etc. High Temperature LAMP/RT-LAMP, Over 70℃ Specifications Polymerase Bst DNA Polymerase Activity Definition 1 U refers to the amount of enzyme required to incorporate 10 nmol of dNTP into the acid-insoluble precipitate in 30 min at 65°C.
