Jane Mitchell This circa 1970s graphite on paper abstract drawing is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fin e Art at Wheaton College and University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and was influenced by Cubism and Surrealism. Mitchell exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime. 1970s Graphite on Paper 13.25"x19.25" unframed Signed in the image area on the lower left. Good vintage condition. Show more
