Selecting Accidental Damage Protection today will cover you for repair costs and/or extra cleaning fees up to a maximum of $200 per order. If a garment is damaged beyond repair and the replacement cost is greater than $200, you may still be liable for the remainder. Accidental Damage Protection does not cover: Loss or theft of items Returns which are lost in transit (though you are protected if there is evidence that the package was lodged/scanned at any point) Non-clothing items, such as bags, headwear, belts, accessories and jewellery Damage that has been caused deliberately, or where extreme recklessness or carelessness is evident
