Godox AD100Pro LCD Replacement This prepaid repair service replaces the rear LCD assembly in a Godox AD100Pro or Flashpoint EVOLV100PRO flash. Important: This service is for the original AD100Pro or Flashpoint EVOLV100PRO. Contact MoLight before ordering if you have an AD100Pro II, a different model or a Flashpoint-branded version that you are unsure about. This repair is appropriate for: A cracked or physically damaged LCD A blank LCD when the flash otherwise appears to power on A dim, distorted, flickering or unreadable display Missing lines or sections of the LCD image A blank screen or no-power condition can have more than one possible cause. If our inspection shows that a different repair is required, we will contact you before performing additional work. What the repair includes Replacement of the rear LCD assembly Installation and functional testing Testing of the display, controls and normal flash operation A repair report when the work is complete A six-month warranty covering the replaced LCD assembly Return shipping from MoLight to you The repair warranty applies to the LCD assembly replaced during this service. It does not cover unrelated components or a different failure that may develop later. What to send Send only the main AD100Pro flash body. Do not send the battery Do not send the charger Do not send magnetic modifiers, the case or other accessories Do not send additional items unless we specifically request them Pack the flash securely and use a shipping service that provides tracking. You are responsible for shipping the flash to MoLight. The shipping charge collected with your repair order covers return shipping to you. How the repair process works Add this repair service to your cart and complete payment. Print your order confirmation showing the six-digit order number. Place the order confirmation inside the package with your flash. Please include a note describing the display problem, when it began and any other information we should know. Ship the flash body to the MoLight Repair Center using a shipping service that provides tracking. We will send you an email confirming that your repair has been received. We will inspect the flash, replace the LCD and test its operation. When the repair is complete, we will email your repair report and return the flash to you. Repair turnaround Turnaround begins when your flash arrives at MoLight. Please review the current Repair Queue Status on the main repairs page before ordering. Orders containing multiple flashes may require additional time. We will contact you if we discover a different problem or need additional information.
